30 days of permission
On a walk with a friend we decided to give ourselves a homework assignment. Each day for 30 days we will give ourselves permission for something. When I hear that voice in me that says, "no no, you can't do that" I will catch myself and permit the surrender. I don't know what this will look like, lead to, uncover, or instigate, but I'm curious.Â
