Facial rejuvenation acupuncture is the use of very fine sterile stainless steel acupuncture needles and intradermal needles to increase tone of the facial muscles, decrease the appearance of fine lines and facilitate lymphatic drainage in the face and neck.

Facial rejuvenation uses specific muscle groups and motor-points in these muscles for tone and lift.

In addition, the bound fascia that creates the structure of deeper wrinkles can be alleviated through the use of acupuncture needling. This can help to reduce their appearance and create a smoother texture to the skin. 

Depending on skin health goals, facial rejuvenation acupuncture can be used as a stand-alone treatment or can be scheduled between microneedling sessions to increase benefits. 

A series of 10 facial rejuvenation treatments is usually recommended at intervals of once weekly. 

 What does a facial rejuvenation session include?

Sessions include specific acupuncture needles used locally in the face as well as body acupuncture to support the internal health of the body. 

Facial acupuncture is coupled with Red LED light therapy to increase energy production in the facial cells as well as increase collagen production.
