Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you have received products that have been damaged in transit please contact us at dresden@dresdenholden.com with photos of the damaged products within 30-days of receiving your item(s). After inspection of the damage we will email you with information about whether an exchange or store credit has been approved.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your exchange is accepted your replacement product will be shipped to you. Store credit will be emailed in the form of an e-gift card.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exchanges of this nature need to be processed within 30-days of receiving your item(s).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept exchanges for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards (unless products are damaged).
