This ultra-hydrating, pH balanced toner is formulated with silk peptides, seasonal hydrosols from California-based organic farms, humectants like glycerin and sodium lactate (which has twice the hydrating properties of glycerin minus any sticky skin feel) and actives such as B3 Niacinamide, B5 Panthenol and N-Acetyl Glucosamine to improve barrier function, reduce transdermal water loss and brighten complexion.
The pH of this toner is 5.5, slightly acidic (neutral is pH7) to match the natural pH of the skin. This pH balances the skin after cleansing to protect the natural moisture barrier.
To feel silky smooth, hydrate the skin with SILK WATER and follow with an oil or balm layer to lock in moisture. This is the key to having truly hydrated skin.

How To Use
Apply to skin with a cotton round or splash into clean hands and press into skin. The hydrosols offer a unique herbal scent naturally. This product is unscented, without added essential oils, fragrance oil, or perfumes.
